^^^ Ident, that is funny. I especially like the t-shirt.

I'm feeling much better, and am looking forward to my friend's wedding on Friday.

    Satisfied

Did you finally get to break your fast, or are you referring to something else? :smirk:
Haha! Yes (breaking the fast) that's it. Amazing feeling.

Annoyed . . . I'm part of a women's social organization in my town and (unfortunately), I'm serving as the president that oversees our three groups (kind of an everyone has to take a turn situation). We have an event coming up in August, most of the big decisions were made last month, with little drama, and then last week one of the members of the board emails me and basically starts pooping all over the plans and trying to complicate things!!!! Complaining about the rental fee for the event facility ($23/per group before food costs), telling me that their group used the same facility for a dinner and only had to pay for their food (bullsh*t), and wondering why the 30-45 expected people can't use the facility for free? :rage: And yes, she was at the initial meeting when all these things were originally decided.

It's taken me this long to compose my thoughts (and calm down) and send her a polite, professional response, but I just hate shit like this. If she has anymore "comments" about the planning of this event, I am going to tell her that I love her ideas and sweetly suggest that she take over the planning . . .
    Push me and I will resist . . .

That's part rebellion, part temporary idiocy. All of us as teenagers go through it.. Years ago, our parents were venting about US doing this to them! If it's any consolation.

Good Lord, RKCNDY! 81?? In Seattle?? At 12:37 AM??

It's hot here too. Was hot here in El Dorado County, CA Thursday and again later today (Friday). That's nothing new here this time of year but today I was wishing I were back up in WA. Maybe I should wish for... Juneau? Maybe the polar regions? Hope you get some cooling up there!

Thanks Brian! I think outside its about 60°...the house doesn't have insulation, has huge west facing windows, so it gets hot, stays hot....I should have had insulation installed in the spring...

Our house was built in the 60's, so we have some insulation issues too! I'm sorry, I know how uncomfortable it can be when your house is sweltering!!!
