    Don't talk about fight club

Maybe I take it too serious.
Before I was married I listened to music as much as possible, including all night (or all day) while I was sleeping.
Now I get maybe an hour a day.
    Please. It means almost everything.

    Who turned it off/down?

Now I feel the need to crank up some tunes.

    It might get loud!

I even love washing dishes, IF there is loud music involved

I blame the goat...he got hungry and ate the volume knob.
The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.

The girl I work with hates to listen to music, unless she is able to sit and truly concentrate on it. I've come back from lunch and she's turned my iPod off. I told her to feel free to switch it if she needs, but didn't think she'd turn it off. Sometimes the volume is so low that no one on earth could hear it. (Especially those with ringing in their ears due to loud concerts.) It's not like I'm listening to Ministry on the sales floor (what I do at home is a completely different thing) but I have a hard enough time finding music that I like without any swear words. No PJ at work. Ed swears too much. :frowning: I try to play things I know that she's said in the past that she did like. I was playing Jesus and Mary Chain for her and she was good with it until she told me about going to their concert with her friend who was then murdered not long after they returned that night.

No matter what I do . . . she would be happy if I play classical. Um, no thank you.
