Da kids fav day he is 0-7 live to see a crown,hoping to at least see pharaoh do it.....but nyra the idiots they are cap attendance to 90 k.what a joke.

    I hit the triple, crappy $55

    I bet
    The 3,5,6,7 on a $1 triple box....cost $24 to cover (4) horses.... Plus I made a few other bets

    $54.75 winning
    - $ 35 in bets
    NET: $19.75..... I'll buy pizza tomorrow night :)

    Glad to see the triple crown.....even though I liked Keen Ice & Frosted to finish 1,2 with Pharoah 3rd....which would have paid a few bux

    I'm kinda bummed I didn't go this year to witness history, I live 25-30 minutes away, I was there for Smarty Jones bid.....that was great

    The reaction in the crowd was awesome, turned out to be nice weather.

    The blood tests are done two days before every race. I honestly have never heard of after run testing for horses.

    My dad took me to a few during my teens. He'd only let me bet excata's. I remember one year a horse was going for the triple crown and I bet a long shot to win. I won the exacta which paid like $160, lol. Nothing and I mean nothing will ever beat a crowd at Belmont when a horse is going for a triple crown.

    i went like 10 straight years and that was one of the years. Still to this day one of the most exhilarating sports events i've ever been at. the general buzz in the crowd before that race was awesome. i think that year the crowd was at like 150,000. only year i went where i had to get all my bets in at like the 4th or 5th race because it was so crowded. was crazy but fun.

    American Pharoah went faster in the 2nd half of the race than the 1st race and ran the last quarter faster than even Secretariat did. that was an awesome performance. I thought he might be in trouble around the turn but he just took off. quite impressive.

    It's nice to see such an historic sporting event happen that close to where I live. I'm about three or miles north of Belmont Park, though I've only been there a few times.
