Robert Plant recently went to see them at their Nashville show. Dang.0 -
they need to release an album because the ep isn't enough for me right now.. robert plant loved the black keys when they first arrived on the scene which would have helped a lot.I'm just flying around the other side of the world to say I love you

She's a prodigy; her voice is so pristine, so powerful yet full of vulnerability0 -
I would rather see Courtney Barnett headline.samjam said:The two new songs kick lots and lots of ass and they just announced an extensive tour with some amazing openers. They're just making this year a happy one for me! Anyone else gonna hit up the Detroit show?

I bought this album, but then I recently traded it in at the record store. I just wasn't listening to it, so I asked myself why not? Because they sound really good! And then I realized that it's because, IMO, they just aren't original. Whenever I put it on I felt like I was listening to some other artist of the same genre. The more I listened, the more I felt like this is just kind of a copycat band.... They have talent. They should try and point it towards more originality. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0

I'm in the other camp in that I love the album. One of the better albums to come out so far in 2015, IMHO. I agree they sound good and hear a lot of fresh sounds on the album. If indeed they are a copycat band, who are they copying? I def hear some influences in there yet, similar to PJ and 70's rock, they've been able to build on their musical foundations and create something that's their own.PJ_Soul said:I bought this album, but then I recently traded it in at the record store.
