The Awakening

Well hidden lies,
confusion of truth
slung arrows through heart
the dream now dead.
Poison is your soul
darkens all in your wake.
Storming seas swirling
attempt to swallow
those that are whole.

The beacon of light
that awaits on the shore
called her back in.
Cradling her gently
with wings of white light of
the awakening
