Yes. Though it is not as easy as it sounds.. It's actually healthier for you too!

Did you have 'cool' parents or strict ones? ( or one, for those of us that had single parents)

Both in a way. My parents kind of let us live our lives but also had curfews and such so we couldnt get into too much trouble. If they only knew the shit we did.

What's the longest period of time you have stayed in bed while you were sick?

5 days. About 3 years ago. Laid me out flat. Ran a fever of 103.8 F. My doctor's comment, "You felt like a damn bus ran you over, didn't you?" Yes, yes I did. (My kiddo came down with it about a week later and she ran 104.2 F.) Oh, and it was summer and about 95 out, which made it 10x worse.

Have you gone to a concert with someone you met here on the PJ forum?

Yes - Milwaukee last October. I met up with northerndragon, and my ticket buddy HnRPufnStuf who doesn't seem to post but nonetheless found me on the forum and PM'd me with the offer of a ticket.

How many nights in an average week do you go out?

Pick up. At least if I'm there and they screw up the order, it can be fixed a lot easier.

Metallica or AIC I guess, depends how you define heavy!

Do you like a bit of hair rock in the vein of Aerosmith, Bon Jovi and Alice Cooper?

I grew up listening to AC and Aerosmith, so yes. Bon Jovi?? Umm
Pass thanks.. Some how he's just too cheesey for me.. He writes some great lyrics though! And I must admit, I always thought Brett Michaels was a total cheeseball.. But the more I see of him the more I think more like drama queen! Lol

Do you listen to classical music as well? ( Bach Tschichovski etc..)
  • deadendp
    deadendp Northeast Ohio Posts: 10,434
I admit not so much with the classical. I appreciate it. It's just not my thing. I don't listen to death metal like my husband, but I do like my music to be loud and heavy. :rock_on: There are different degrees to that, too. It all depends upon mood. Yesterday I was irritated and sullen. Lost Dogs disc 2 took me where I needed to go.

    Fresh, frozen or canned vegetables?

    1. Fresh
    2. Canned - because I can them so I know what went into them
    3. Frozen - if there are no other options
