    I got some dahlias for my back yard and took away some branches that were too close to the door, so now it looks really nice. Can't wait til I can sit out there again.

    found manuka honey in the supermarkets and it was much more sensibly priced than the health shop so now i can get it all the time in my local area..bargain!!

    Found out I'll get paid for my holiday day off on Monday if I go to work on Friday and Tuesday.

    Strangely enough, I took today off to see some friends of mine graduate from my college I graduated at a year ago. I got a certificate in broadcasting/film there a year ago.

    I have the same work deal with pay on Monday. Thankfully, I remembered before chaperoning a 5th grade trip to the ballpark on Wednesday. I would have lost two days of work and not just one! I almost forgot Monday is a holiday, so hooray for holiday pay!

    I lost my wallet ( auto correct wanted to go with wart??) yesterday, up on this crazy intense trail, the likes of which I hadn't done since I was like9-17 yrs old, and running around in the high country with my horses. And this morning, as I'm driving to the DMV to go apply to replace my DL, I get a call registered to COG RY. And my heart skipped a beat, cause yesterday when I realized I'd lost it, I drove back up to Manitou, and left a description with the COG Rail Yard and my number. Sure enough, someone had just turned it in. So I drive up there to get it. And NOTHING is missing. Kid said it was two young boys that turned it in. I was so amazed, and I just had to share that.. Cause being reminded that not all of humanity is shit, is just the smile I needed today!
