Hello

Back in January I joined Ten Club and still await my membership package.

Is this time normal for sending it out?

I am reluctant to issue other merchandise in case it suffers the same fait.

Could someone please advise?

I have done that, I had to 'but a T shirt' to enter the code, I trust the code overrides the T shirt and sends membership package?

I also have 'Bootleg Coupon Codes' dated from 2014, how do I get those sent?

I tried to buy a 2014 T shirt, but the code would not work with it.

I'm unaware of t shirt codes, but the bootleg code is good for download only.
