Happy Mothers day. The hardest more under appreciated job known. Some jobs you might have to clean up puke and poop, some you might have to be a crisis manager, some you might have to be a therapist. Moms do all that plus a lot more.

I'd say fathers do the same - don't underestimate your role!

Can't believe my mom will be 85 (I think) this year; she neither looks nor acts it. Looking forward to spending some time with her today.

Happy Mother's Day! I'm happy cause my husband is doing the laundry today - woo hoo.

I wrote a piece for Huffington Post about Mother's Day - smells we associate with our moms. My mom passed away a few years ago - I think she'd get a kick out of what I wrote. Hope you guys n' gals like it too.

LOVED your piece. So sweet and sad. I have a birth child and an adopted child so we talk a lot about the real mom/birth mom thing. My daughter now refers to herself as my "heart child."
