authentication code??? wtf!!

when i log into my tenclub account, it says i need to enter an authentication code, so i click on the button to have it emailed to me, and wait....and wait...and wait...and no code is here!!! so i'm getting fucked out of a poster. BS

    everyones had to do it in about the last month. sucked for the people who had to do it during the EV presale

    crazy...that's the first i had heard about that...but, forget my bitching...the code finally came, and somehow the poster was still in my cart, so i was able to get it. forget i said anything.

    I on the other hand, saw that and thought I couldn't fucking buy anything without entering it. I also waited and waited for the stupid email, and by the time I got it, posters were gone! :(

    I received this as well - didn't hear anything before hand. I'm still waiting for the authenication email and lost two posters I had in my cart. Sucks!

    If this had happened during a show purchase - I would have been super pissed!

    Someone said this was mentioned - where was it mentioned??? I am here pretty often and have not seen it...

    right on!! i check out the message board almost everyday, but i never saw anything regarding doing the auth. code. glad you were able to get a poster. i guess i'll have to use that $37.50 i was going to spend on a poster for gas & food.

    wow, you're in a bitchy mood, aren't you? I don't feel bad for you either.

    I had one poster in my cart two times - it's impossible to add more than one.

    After sale I went to authenticate my wifes account, still waiting for email, 1 1/2 hours later, I can see why people would be upset if they wanted a poster.

    After losing the poster today - and getting in communication w/ 10c, I received this communication from 10c.

    ...Since you were unable to receive your authentication email, we cannot guarantee that you will receive future email from the Ten Club.
    You will want to change your email address to one that accepts email from: donotreply@lists.pearljam.com

    So - the gist of this is, if you use Comcast - change to another email carrier! I just did - so hopefully won't have this issue again.

    yeah, i am in a little bit of a bitchy mood, given the cicumstances. it was just a misunderstanding. i apologize! i still have not gotten my auth. code email yet.

    Yea Comcast has issues with 10C, I added all the tenclub.com emails to my allowed list and haven't had issues since.

    Thank you, and I apologize for being bitchy as well (same reason, I guess - darn it all!)

    Oh well - counting my blessings - at least it wasn't a show!
