I've see a few rare ones (LUCK) but he rarest is Other Side. Fatal is a close second and I've seen it TWICE.
A full Mikey Little Wing was pretty killer, too.

I've heard Grievance twice! I thought for sure I'd go 3/3...but nope. That Strangest Tribe story...wow!

It was really a great way to wrap up our honeymoon(which was seeing PJ around europe Both Amsterdam Nights , Milan , Vienna , Berlin & oslo) each show was amazing with little things to remember them by. but speaking of the Oslo with down (they played in trieste so i knew there would be a small chance for them to play it again) then love boat captain right after i lost my mind and then that encore with Strangest Tribe , Waiting On a Friend(which i didnt knew at all) and Satans Bed

we (me and my wife) actually made a wishlist of songs we were hoping to hear lol : the ones i didnt hear were Present Tense , Grievance , Infallible and Off he Goes. her was : Thumbing my way , Man Of The Hour , Future Days , Faithfull.

100 different songs in 6 shows , doesnt get more memorable than that

I've seen all the most commonest.
And I've seen the first Crown of Thorns, Can't Help Falling in Love, Timeless Melody, Mankind (which isn't the rarest, but since Stone sings lead, I'm including it).

Least common Of the Earth, All Those Yesterdays, Down, Ghost, Parachutes (which I hate) Oceans, Alone, Don't Gimme No Lip, and, given the fact that is has only been played in around 10% of the shows despite being one of their first songs, I consider it a lucky strike to have heard Breath twice in only 7 shows, my favorite song of all time.

YAY Milwaukee!! Same here. Also caught Bugs (2) at Wrigley, along with Hold On (11) at that time and one of my favorite songs, All the Way (2), I want to count Setting Forth even though it's not super rare just because I'm 2/2 with it and love the song, and Chloe/Crown.

Most common that I haven't seen are Daughter, Better Man, then Animal. I might completely lose my S when I get Animal live.

Nine shows total: Toronto '00, Toronto '03, Montreal '03, Boston 1 '04, London '05, Toronto '05, Toronto '06 x2, Toronto '09.

The years are are all blurring together but going strictly from memory, I don't think I have seen "Porch" done by the full band (518 plays). If I'm wrong about that, the next "most common" song I haven't seen personally would be "State Of Love And Trust" (358 plays).

Not including pre-sets, improvs, tags or soundchecks, the least common song I've seen is "Black Red Yellow" (7 plays).
