    They play Rock and Roll exactly as i want it..their attitude on the fans..and very often EV knows what i'm feeling or thinking..

    Pearl jam is truth . I think that's why people put them down. Most people don't want to see the bad side of life or feel emotions, especially in our society. The boys aren't afraid to be and accept emotions as they roll on by..and express them without remorse. I believe this makes true art because I feel it all.

    Simple man. They play the best rock and roll around. Lyrically, they are by far the best band around. They way they conduct themselves on stage and off serves as true role models. Ed ved and the boys are continually striving for good in the world. And personally I can relate to any song!

    Great live band that consistently puts out excellent albums. Listen to them regularly, but i'm definitely not emotionally attached to the band.

    Plus, i'm kind of mad they haven't played Maine in almost two decades!

    PJ is my constant. Life is crazy and unpredictable, but PJ is there no matter what. Can honestly say I don't know what I'd do without them! Changed my life in a multitude of ways.

    I have been into music since I was a little kid in the 70's playing 45 records on a little record player on the floor of my room. But I never thought that I would get this emotionally invested in one band. Never.

    I was just thinking about this, which is why I came to a board I haven't been to in so long.
    There are a lot of artists I really like, I love music. Pearl Jam is a band I gete and that gets me.
    They're not musicians that I want to be like, that I want TO like. They're musicians I am like.
