    Nooooo... I need just one more year before I got "Hawaii" funds...seriously...next summer I'd have a shot... this summer... don't have the 5K to get there with the wifey... and/or roughly...what kind of doe we talking I would need to go to Hawaii for a week from the middle of the USA...??

    Remember The Who Hits 50 tour will be in Seattle Sept 27th and Oct 27th at Madison Square Garden. Maybe they do a few gigs with the Who!

    It really shouldn't cost you that much money. I used Hawaii as a layover stop on my way to NZ & Oz last Dec/Jan and airfare was about $450 each way. Hotel was in Waikiki and ~$125 all in per night.

    Well this would stink. The Who is in Seattle Sept 27 and I'm expecting Ed to be there. Also I land in Hawaii Oct 7th and will cry the entire time if they'd played there the week before.

    Does this rumored fest have a name and has it ever happened before? Seems to be a rather huge "get" for an inaugural run.

    I have no idea how true the rumour is. Only that I saw on one of the posts on another thread someone saying that hawaii in september is all but confirmed, that he had all ready booked accomodation he was so sure it was going to happen and to pm him for details. Now for the life of me I cant find that post to try to get additional details.

    10 year anniversary coming up...05/05/05, eloped in Key West, then honeymooned in Hawaii that November. Would love to see PJ there this year. Wifey wants to go there again this year too but NOT for PJ, lol.
