    I also have not received a shipping email (Los Angeles), although my order shows "shipped" on the website. Should I be concerned?

    Mine hasn't shipped either. Email 1/12, estimated 1/19 arrival, yet it still sits in warehouse according to tracking link....... Mail innovations sucks.
