    my final conversation with my father before he died. 5 years ago next Thursday. To say that those words will live with me forever would be an understatement -- the man was a master motivator even on his way out!

    that depends what lifestyle i have, if im retiring a fixer upper, huge fun, if im too busy with life and other duties than a house all ready done
