2000 Tour Official Bootleg Ape/Man Collection

I recently became aware that the band stamped about 18 of the 72 official boots with a little Ape/Man logo to identify them as the best of the tour. I looked through my collection and found that I have 6 of them. I am hoping to create a master list of all Ape/Man boots for everyone's general reference and in an effort to collect them all and spread the word.

Here are the ones I am aware of:

5 Wembley Arena, London (May 30th)
9 Cardiff, Wales (June 6th),
10 Paris, France (June 8th),
16 Katowice, Poland* (June 16th),
19 Verona, Italy (June 20th),
20 Milan, Italy (June 22nd),
29 Atlanta, Georgia (August 7th),
32 Tampa, Florida (August 12th),
38* Columbus, Ohio (August 21st),
40*, Jones Beach, Wantagh, NY (August 24th),
41*, Jones Beach, Wantagh, NY (August 25th),
43 Mansfield, (Boston) Massachusetts (August 29th),
51 Auburn Hills, (Detroit) Michigan (October 7th),
53 Chicago (October 9th)
62* Las Vegas (October 22nd),
64 San Diego, (October 25th),
70 Boise, Idaho (November 3rd),
and 72* Seattle, Washington (November 6th)

I know the 2000 Detroit show is stamped with this logo.

Is that Auburn Hills, Michigan? I added it to the list, thanks!

Add London, Boston, Chicago, Atalanta, San Diego, and
    Boise. I think that's it.

I wish the new boots would be marked as well. Obviously Moline and Milwaukee would be two, but it what would be interested to see which shows the band would designate.

I saw the Atlanta show on that tour and thought it was the worst out of the four I attended.
Interesting to see the band's opinion.

I wonder if Jeff and or brad klausen choosing the ape/man thing is humor? Like these are the shows that are highly evolved...;)
Or could there be another meaning? I do know that there's both a poster and sticker using this same ape/man artwork. Could simply just be cool artwork from the Binaural era.

I also wonder if lots of people disagree heavily from the band's selected shows versus other shows from that tour? I personally have a few of each and the shows are equally as interesting to me! Some non-ape/man shows are even better to my ears!

7 of the 9 that were gifted to me are stamped. Nothing different from your list, though. Interesting to know. Thanks!

I was at the Cardiff show on 06/06/00, the only time they've played in Wales. It was a great show and the first boot I ever bought (although by mid-2001 I had bought all 72 shows and the boot-buying addiction had well and truly taken hold)
They opened with NAIS, that alone is enough to make a show special
