Usually indifference isn't a song that makes me feel cheery...but this performance makes me smile 'cause of ben harper...he forgets the lyrics twice...i love the way eddie starts to laugh the second time ben forgets the lyrics...I'll swallow poison :-D

Absolutely agree with all of you - I can't help but smile whenever I hear Down (and when I watch the video of Down playing with clips of the band pre concert at MSG, I smile even bigger)

I love those lines also Jen - but I sing it with don't instead of won't - not the first time I massacred one of their songs. I think Eddie would understand.

The beginning chords of Corduroy make me smile and 'One two three, four two three' is insta-smile.

Pap, I see you have Throw Your Arms Around Me with the young couple in Australia - that song has such a summer feel and is light and makes me smile.

Now if I REALLY want to smile, just hearing the guitars start and seeing EV dancing to Out Of My Mind is a giggle smile; along the lines of Given To Fly - esp the video with the signer who he dances with at the end. Something juvenile in me absolutely LOVES watching her sign 'fuckers' much to Eddie's delight.

And I smile (and maybe cry a wee bit) every single time I hear Better Man - it held my hand for a decade and got me through the other side. That song made me go from liking Pearl Jam to loving them for not judging me. After the first time, I was Pearl Jam toast. And I smile now. Don't that make you smile?
