    yeah baby
  • Be sure to wear a pj shirt so we can all identify one another. It probably won't be that hard.
  • Oh, and don't forget the Wishlist fundraiser at the Amsterdam on Sunday. Doors at 2. First raffle is at 3.

Myself and two friends will be coming out for the pub crawl, we should be getting into St. Paul around 3. Looking forward to partying with some fellow fans.

Anything in downtown StP is walkable except for The Embassy Suites. That's on the other side of downtown. And the Kelly Inn is shady.

We are pumped, never been to that area. Hopefully you can point me in the right direction of some good local craft beer.

  • Crown is a great place. My cousin works there.

Craft beer you say? We got craft beer. Most the of the bars in downtown (and the area in general) have more craft beer on tap than national shit beer.
  • Summit is our staple. It's made in St Paul and has been around since the mid 80s. It's everywhere. Look for the Saga
Surley is the probably the next main stay in town. It has been around since the early 2000s and while it may not be on tap anywhere, they most likely will have their cans. Look for the Furious.

Those are the main two. There are a ton of other local craft beers: Indeed, Big Wood, Dangerous Man. Those are all pretty established in town. Most bars in the area will have craft beer that's not locally made, too.

just reserved Sat and Sun at Crown Plaza. Reviews on google are awful. Of course I don't rely on online reviews 100% but some further insight would be cool.

Reminder to all out of towners: Downtown Minneapolis is roughly 12 miles from downtown St. Paul. Those staying in Minneapolis will need a ride, cab, or public transportation to get to St. Paul.

It looks like the green line light rail runs from downtown minneapolis to downtown St. Paul and back every 15 minutes 24/7. Thats why i got a 4 star doubletree king bed suite for 81 bucks in downtown minneaplois. Plus its 3 blocks from the Ani Difranco show i was going to go to until this whole pub crawl thing changed my mind.
