ISO of 1 Denver 10C Ticket!

I just convinced the wife of letting me go to the Denver show. Now I just need a ticket, flight, and a hotel room. Anybody have 1 ticket available? Cool Guy from Sacramento that loves Pearl Jam. I'll buy the beer all night! I'll be getting a ticket either way, but I figured I'd ask you guys first. Let me know, Thanks!
Also, is there anywhere to stay in Denver besides the Airport? I'm not seeing anything near the Pepsi Center. How long between the airport and the Pepsi Center?

    Anyone got an extra they want to allow a longtime fan that's never traveled to a big time show to use?
