Things to do in Memphis?

I know there's a thread some where around here about this, but I couldn't find it. Other than Graceland and Sun Studio, what else is there to do in Memphis? Just looking for some cool ideas to do during the day before the PJ show. Thanks!

    Memphis Zoo. Civil Rights museum. Gibson Guitar factory(they make the hollow bodies there). Mud Island. BBQ Are you a golfer? if so and got time, Miramichi is a fantastic course about 15min drive NE of downtown. Ranked #1 public course in TN. Tunica is about a 30-40min drive south

    If you have transportation I cannot recommend enough Commissary. Best BBQ I have ever had. And way better then the tourist trap bbq places downtown: http://www.commissarybbq.com/

    Downtown, Gus's Fried Chicken is also incredible.

    Also, Sun Records Studios is an AMAZING tour. You HAVE to visit Graceland and Beale Street.

    Went there for a bachelor party this past May and had a blast. Stax is by far the coolest of the music spots. Honestly I might stay away from Beale. There were a couple better areas imo to bar hop. It had been awhile since I had been there but now they were wanding and patting down people on the weekends. Grab some BBQ nachos from central BBq and go out to Germantown commisionAry for bbq if you have a chance. Grab a soul burger or two at Earnsteins and haZel.
