I'd trade 10 posters for a ticket. But I don't own any posters.

great trade if you want/need the poster... not easy to find at a fair price, and the ticket is an extra anyway. its a steal in my opinion...

If what you want has more value to YOU,then it's worth it regardless of sticker price.

Great poster, but I'd trade for it in a heart beat. You can get another poster on eBay. Or go to list dogs and you can probably get one for a little more than sticker price.

How does this fit the Politics, current events - reasoned debate and discussion definition of AMT. Am I missing something? Are we talking political posters and GA tickets to an Earth First rally? ;-)

    Um, 'reasonable debate' .
    Posters & tickets are politics.

If that poster is worth $300 I wonder what my Chicago HOB Katrina benefit poster is worth. If the ticket prices reflect poster value then I'm retiring early.

The ticket is worth $80 or so. You can buy or sell the poster for a whole lot more without having your membership revoked. ;)

I guess my point is that you should be able to find a 10c member with a spare GA ticket and just pay them face value rather than having to give them a really expensive poster for it.

Poster is worth whatever one is willing to pay. Retailed for $35.
