    Was talking about this with friends when we were at the Amsterdam gigs and they were saying the Echo Arena isn't all that good on sound for gigs - I've only been there for comedy gigs. I think after last week, Leeds Arena will be nailed on next time they come back to UK.

    I agree leeds is a must for next time the sound is unreal in there,,don't think echo arena much different to m.e.n though

    Kind of hurts me to say this but the audiences can be a little moronic at the Echo Arena. I've seen a number of bands there and very few of them have been trouble free. 12 months ago i saw The Who there and I watched a woman being escorted from the building by the police. Not sure what she'd done but I've never seen the police inside a gig in many years of concert going. Consequently, given the choice I go to the MEN in Manchester if both are being played. I say this as someone who is from Liverpool so it's not a dig at the city at all..
    On the other hand Eddie should come and do a solo gig at the Philharmonic. I'm sure he'd love it and it would be amazing.

    I live in Kent and don't mind doing to Manchester, have been three times, but Leeds was awesome. Best indoor venue I've seen them at. It's a great layout.

    I don't expect 2015 though. No way.

    It would be great to see Pearl Jam at the Echo arena but i agree with what you say, i too don't care much for the echo arena. Would rather do Leeds again. Eddie at The Phil would be awesome.
