I'd like to just keep this within Canada.
Post office has changed shipping procedures making it more of a hassle to ship anywhere else.

    Were you told @ the Post Office about this new requirement when shipping parcels outside of Canada?

    "Canada Post is now required to change the way it provides packaging information for customs clearance."
