The hardback one pictured above comes with a cd in A paper envelope in the back- no "traditional" cd case.
The soft book came with the deluxe lp...it has less pages and pics but the bones of the book are essentially the same as far as the music sheets go. I've seen the hardback sell between $150 and $200 in recent months.
Both are kind of a grey-green, there isn't 2 different ones besides the soft and hard cover editions...
    Hope this helps! :)
    Makes much more sense...

^^^ I echo what GivenToLukinKP said and I don't think anyone really knows how many deluxe hardback songbooks there are.

Thanks Philip ... that price seems better than the $300+ on ebay. I saw one selling for over $1000

can anyone else help me out with this research??

Those people are idiots. They will never sell for that much. I think one sold ONCE before Christmas for $350 or something crazy a couple years ago... don't pay more than $125-150.

Don't think anyone has any idea how many they made. I think they probably did a 2nd printing back when Ten Club sold more a few months later. I don't think they just had a "spare box" of books sitting around. But we'll never know. they all have the same cover as far as I know, any variation is just a picture on ebay/lighting.
