Just a few in MI - many other amazing venues. BigDaddy was just hallucinating - lol. It's not impossible tho.
Crisler Center - 14,000 - just saying! Everyone's welcome to my house - then walk to arena!
My first PJ show was there in '94. First time they played Nothingman. Funcking awesome!!!
Pine Knob Music Theatre - Jul 31, 1992 Crisler Arena - Mar 20, 1994

The Crisler Center is beautiful after the renovation, no more dark and dank Arena - it is now the Center! I thought it would be a great place to play in between London and Wrigley last summer! But the band didn't take my suggestion! I'm not big on the Palace and the Joe is old and grimy, so A2 seems like a good middle place to play!
BBW - I'm an idiot for not going to shows earlier...
2013 Wrigley, Pittsburgh, Buffalo
2014 Cincy, Detroit, Moline, & Milwaukee
2015 Central Park
2016 Lexington, Ottawa, Toronto 1 & 2, Boston 1 & 2, Chicago 1 & 2 2017 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony 2018 Seattle 1 & 2, Missoula, Chicago 1
I think it will look like this, starting mid-September
Tampa Atlanta Nashville ACL 1 Vegas Denver ACL 2 Louisville/Cinci Indy Chicago x2 Detroit Toronto Montreal
Hits up a lot of places that did not get a show last tour. Very nice

I have seen some good shows at the Palace. I wouldn't mind that. How about DTE? Always a drunken good time there.
The hockey arena tour in the fall (Pitt and Buffalo at least) were great venues, and just the right size. Joe Louis would be fine.
How about Belle Isle? They had the Orion festival there, Metallica and RHCP last year.

I hear you Jonsey - the Palace and DTE are just difficult to get to from Ann Arbor (silly, I know) and nothing much around there for Pre-concert fun. I hate the traffic getting out of both the Palace and DTE. I don't mind Joe Louis for concerts, just wished the new arena was already built. Belle Isle is an interesting idea. I will be at any concert they play within 400 or so miles, no matter where, but just would love to have a show in my hometown!

If Milwaukee, it would be the Bradley Center. I've seen DMB, RHCP and Bob Dylan/Foo Fighters there. Not a great venue...not a bad venue.

Jesus, relax. It is OK for other places besides NYC to get shows. The band does have other fans outside of New York.
I am relaxed man, I just get a kick out out the speculation that the band is going to do a tour of small markets in middle America and the mid-atlantic/southern US.
I guess it could happen, but history suggests otherwise. Tis all

I tend to agree. History is the only thing we can go on. Until something different happens I assume it will be a few southeast dates, a few Midwest dates, and the rest will be larger markets. When do the announce MIA LA lineup? What about Bridge?
PJ is touring the Midwest. Announcement coming soon. My best friend found out today, and she is a great source for all things PJ related. I don't have specifics yet, but will post as soon as I get them.
I know Cincy and Louisville have a lot of chatter but man was the last show in Columbus killer. Come visit us again boys, you won't be sorry.
Much better than the 03 show! (I totally missed the 2000 show, so I'll take reviews of that one from the crowd.)
I got jipped in 03, still lived in WV, had time off for the Cincy show, gets flooded obviously, and I couldn't return for C-bus that..it was a Monday I believe? So bummed. Did catch em in Lexington but wanted more so bad. I'd say it's too early for their return to the Capitol city but if we're all dreamin shy not? I'll travel but gettin hitched this year means the less I travel the better. Wonder how long we'll be waiting on this announcement...

other than that, i wouldn't bank on anything...
the fact that winnipeg has been played 2 times in the last 10 years is a miracle in and of itself... i wouldn't hold my breath for another...
meanwhile down here in houston we're getting ignored again.... thanks to the charlies...
