chicago (weekend) shootings

may 2nd - may 4th. from friday afternoon until sunday morning chicago areas were lit up.
3 are dead & 26 wounded. these shootings were spread out & at all hours. what the fuck, people?

last night i read it was 4 that had died. this site here reports 3 dead.

about 3 weeks ago my brother, his g/f & his two younger kids all loaded up & headed to chicago for the weekend. after getting lost & unable to locate where the hell they are, they flag down a police car. my brother's g/f is talking with the lady cop & my brother is talking with the guy cop.
the police tell them, "follow us"

they do... along the way, folks are shouting at them or whomever will listen
"look, car fulla honkies getting escorted out of here, all runnin stop signs & shit"
"fuckin honkies"

they follow the police & are lead into a police station parking lot.

the police say, "you're safer here" or "we're safer here" something like this

again, the g/f talking to the lady officer & my brother talking w/ the male officer

the male officer asks & tells my brother, "what are you looking for?"
brother says, "such & such hotel on whatever street address"
cop says, "wow, you are far from there my man"

cop says the following, "do not stop for the next 5 miles" "go thru the stop lights & stop signs"... "do not roll your windows down"... do not do anything here but get out of this area"

    I heard shootings in Chicago were supposed to go down because they allowed more people to carry guns.
    Reasonable logic concluded that the more guns in the hands of people on the streets, make the streets safer.

    easter weekend was worse

    Thats really not so bad. Wait until the weather gets hot, craziness will arrive. 15,20.25 dead in a weekend time.

    apparently the good guys with the guns are too smart for that, or lack the balls. they just leave it to the horribly undermanned and under paid police.
