Hi to all of our friends and family,
I am Hannah's mom and you will notice that I don't have many posts here in this forum. I have been reading through this thread this afternoon while Hannah naps. Thank you to the Ronald McDonald House for a quiet place to rest.
I also want to say thanks for all your "vibes" and "chi", we have been overwhelmed by your support.
It has been so exciting for Hannah to receive your cards and gifts from all over the world. She really is a "tough COOKIE" and I really appreciate the HANNAH STRONG logo on the shirts. We can't wait to see all of you in your shirts so we can put a face to the names. I recognize some of your PJ names from the cards and packages we have received at home.
Hannah went to her first concert "in-utero" about 3 weeks before she was born, and she has loved music all her life. It has been an important part of our families life to share concerts and music together.
Pearl Jam opened the Salt Lake City concert in 09 with "Of the Girl" because of a thread that Dave had started for her, just because she was so tough to be playing baseball with the boys. We had no idea how tough she would be in the years to come.
We have met so many wonderful and kind people in our travels to see Pearl Jam and we are so humbled to be a part of this community.
Thank you again for your amazing support.
