    Just an FYI on soundstage directs's presale - I called to get a confirmation that Blind Melon would be on colored vinyl, and they couldn't confirm it. My thought is that is it, but don't go by that :)

    I hate to say it, with shipping to Canada, it might be cheaper to go ebay like some of those STP MOV releases.

    Mosdef. I was lucky enough to see Blind Melon live at the Warfield in SF. They were every bit as great as one can imagine.

    I ordered one as well and then realized there was no mention of colored vinyl anywhere in their listing. So I emailed them and their response was that a limited number of the ones they will receive are colored vinyl but not all. Supposedly they marked on my account that I only wanted the colored vinyl version. We'll see.

    I ordered 3 from soundstage direct and they told me that only one was colored so I cancelled the order for the other two black ones.

    Yeah I just looked and the new on vinyl site says their preorder for the colored version is sold out. They still have the black version. I actually ordered this from them a month ago. Hopefully there's a way to tell without opening it if you need to try and get your loot back. Don't remember if it's numbered or not.

    You can still preorder the yellow version on banquet records. Slightly cheaper than soundstage.

    You can still get the MLB and Temple Of he Dog vinyl there too...purple looks like it is sold out, but you can still get black.
