I think it's amazing that he remembers as much as he does, to be honest.

Yea they play so many songs- both in one night and also throughout the tour.

Lol. This could be a loooooong thread!

Lucky for me, I love concert fuck ups. I don't feel like they ruin a show or a bootleg at all.

The error that I think is the funniest is when Eddie gets stuck while swinging on that globe. He's done it a bunch of times now, lol. He's not quite tall enough to push off the riser so gets in this awkward dangling position while he's stretching his legs out trying to either get off the thing or get himself swinging more, but it just gets worse and worse (funnier and funnier) until finally Jeff comes over and gives him a push, HAHAHA! :P

You have to see Ed sprint to the mic once he realizes he's buggered things up. It happens right at the start of the song around the 0:15 mark

    It's classic.

At Vancouver 2013 alone, not counting getting stuck on the globe:

    - Forgot half the lyrics to It's Okay so just mumbled through them.
    - Started repeating an earlier refrain from Soon Forget, realized it, said "there it is again, HAHAHAHA!" and then stumbled through until he figured out which verse to sing.
    - Totally fucked up Better Man while he and the whole crowd was singing it and just stopped and said "I fucked up, I know."

    :P

I can't remember the date/location, 2006 or earlier, I have a live version of RVM that Ed messes up the 1st verse and then ad libs the 2nd as "I seem to look away, when I fuck-up, make mistakes"

Sirens and Getaway from Charlotte 2013 are absolute fucking train wrecks.

Again I stress that I see absolutely nothing wrong with PJ fuck ups. They make the shows even MORE unique! :D And yes, with their diverse set lists, this stuff is inevitable. There is a reason no one else does it the way PJ does. But simply fucking up a WHOLE song by being off-key or whatever is another story. Those two in Charlotte should have been aborted.

Off He Goes from the Gorge in 2005. He completely forgets a few lines and after the song says "I always thought that song was a little too long anyways."

As someone else said, I'm actually impressed and surprised they don't forget or fuck up more with their deep catalog and diverse set lists. Not to mention not the most simple lyrics either.

Ed completely messed up the start of spin the black circle at Big Day Out Sydney this year, I don't reckon that happens too often. Didn't mind at all though, great show, shit happens.
