can't wait for them to play songs of his new record...

    Here..thats the first thing I noticed!!!
    I had to send mine back to the company after 6 months but I'm sure Ed just has someone go out and buy a new one.

    From his blog: In May 2010 he joined The Who as special guest for the TCT Quadrophenia show at The Albert Hall, London, in September 2002 Pearl Jam played a double bill with us at the House of Blues, Chicago and in August 2009 I jumped up and played The Real Me with Pearl Jam at the Shepherds Bush Empire, London….. but we’ve have never had a chance to play any of my songs together which Ed has expressed an interest in doing over the years. There’s a strong chance this will happen when I perform at The Triple Door next Wednesday 23rd, amidst my US solo tour.

    Strong chance people, not definite. I would take it with a grain of salt and if Ed shows up, it will be an added bonus. I saw Simon recently (without Ed) and it was a great show.

    Saw Simon last night at Hotel Utah in San Francisco.
    An absolutely ASTOUNDING show with less than a hundred of us there!
    Of course, that's all this vintage 1908 saloon will hold so I guess it was a sellout show, now that I think about it.
    Simon's a fantastic singer and guitarist and super cool guy - hung around afterward and met people and signed his new record.
    The new album called 'Denial' is incredibly good - nothing but gems.
    I understand that the vinyl version (180-200 gram virgin vinyl) is very limited.
    It comes in a really high quality gatefold cover and with a download card too.
    If you can't make it to one of his shows to buy it -or the CD version - you can get both at http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/simontownshend.
    Don't know how long the vinyl will last at cdbaby.com - I suggest you jump if you want it.
