    Yes - Miller's Bakery in town - been here since i can remember - they make awesome giant chocolate chip cookies with a dollop of chocolate fudge on top. =P~

    Do you have any phobias?

    My understanding of phobia is that it's an irrational fear. I don't think that my extreme fear of being stuck at the top of a ferris wheel with someone who thinks it's funny to rock the car to and fro is irrational at all so.... Nope no phobias here. :)

    I know that i will. I kind of knew I would be the one, but since my brother died in 2006 and my sister died in September - both way too young, and Dad has been gone for almost 20 years, also too young, it's a given. It's just me, my Mom and my son - well - for now just my mom and I and it's my pleasure to do all i can for the woman who continues to raise me. She functions better than me most days, so I'm hoping for many years of happiness, she has been through way too much sadness. :x


    Do you have any superstitions that you have to follow (I HAVE to knock on wood if someone says certain things - for example)?

    It's an all out tie between English and biology loved them both and still do.

    Wanted to be a special education teacher and I am not that now. Changed courses in 3rd year of college and now have the job that suits me best. I didn't know then what I know now. Really glad I switched as I'm truly blessed to absolutely love what I do and get paid to do it


    If you had more money would you drive a fancier car, get a bigger house or keep what you currently have?

    took 14 year old to orthodontist, kicked some ass on my spin bike, went to science museum, lunch in Hoboken, bought new running shoes, stocked up on supplies for our weekend getaway, cleaned up the kitchen after my 9 year old made brownies, made dinner, now...dig around in the closet and hope to find vacuum bags, vacuum the living room, fold the laundry that is currently sprawled about the living room, convince the kids to do yoga with me, put them to bed, collapse myself

    When I was hit by a car going 70mph while i was crossing the street on my way to school, many years ago - i flew two house lengths & to the opposite side of the street (i was told) and when i briefly regained consciousness i was very confused about everything except for the unimaginable pain - my back was broken in two places (lower lumbar), I had contusions from my hip to my foot on my left leg along with a hematoma (sp?) where i was hit on that leg (i still have an indent and raised area where the muscle was torn) and a concussion, i wasnt allowed to sleep for 2 days, once i stopped losing consciousness.. I can't explain how badly my back hurt when i briefly came to and they were doing x-rays and bending me - but it was worse than anything, and has followed me through life - it even beat the pain of child birth. I can't sleep because my back hurts right now. But we all have our personal crosses to bear. I'm not unique.

    A friend of mine and I got really, really stoned one night and just laughed at each other laughing. For like 20 minutes straight/. He almost threw up from laughing so hard. My stomach was actually sore the next day.

    I don't have posters on my wall anymore - I remember having a Jimmy Page Poster on the wall behind my bed (Eddie Van Halen took up a lot of my wall space). One night Jimmy somehow jumped off the wall, and I woke up face to face with him - it scared the living shit out of me and i never put it back up again. I do have a framed picture of Bruce Springsteen that a high school boyfriend/close friend gave me for Christmas - he died the year after we graduated in a motorcycle accident and that one is still on my wall.

    Nature - I live in rural northern BC and being able to walk out my door and see the raw beauty of nature all around me is breathtaking. I feel honoured to be able to experience it daily.
