Is nobody else even remotely concerned for the safety of our dear F Me In The Brain as he shoots a bow at difficult to see fish at night in murky water from a boat after having a few too many?

Ha! I thank you for your concern!
As a few of us are turning 40 this month it is more of a celebration than usual when we gather. When with my college friends I gain unreasonable drinking powers and everything is like we are 18-22 again.
Or not.
Seriously though there is nothing we could do to top all of the crazy stuff we did when we hung out regularly throughout college in LA.
Feel concerned for the redfish!
Chad what do you think about trying to behave like you are 20 again a handful of times per year. Fuel for the fire or asking for trouble? The love he receives is the love that is saved0 -
uh...
folks should be living everyday as if they are 20. this includes me as i should be taking my own advice.
drinking heavily or not at all, bowfishing, off road machines, firepit cookouts, high speed pursuits, volleyball
loud stereo, weed rolling hours, camping may require drinking by 8am but please do not forgot the air matresses
i would not be to pleased if i had to sleep on the bare earth. my fucked up bones need a mattress. i would like a campsite w/ electricity, not a primitive campsite as i need a fan
but 20 year olds have no idea how to do a lot of things, like have sex

that is exactly 100% fact
it is always worthwhile to take a fucking risk
why be snoring boring guy or gal?
there is so much more to living this here life than working, buying shit, saving money & building that portfolio
useless crap
i envy tribes living in the jungles of brazil or somewhere. that is truly living & being happy. they have a gift they are living.
modern society like this here in the u.s. is insane & ridiculous
in many modern areas here in america a guy can't even erect a simple clothesline. what a shame & everyone should feel ashamed of this fact.Post edited by chadwick onfor poetry through the ceiling. ISBN: 1 4241 8840 7

I often take on this mentality. Hopefully my crazy streak never ends, just a little more guided.
Not to rehash a past topic but the Crawfish or "Louisiana mudbug" talk got me looking, I think I will be ordering some soon:

that is a difficult question that will take quite some time to answer but let's give it a start
& in no particular order, 10 isn't the least liked & number 1 isn't best
waylon jennings
lesley west & mountain
grateful dead
fleetwood mac
black sabbath (w/ both ozzy & dio)
ozzy w/ rhoades, jake lee, zack
zack wylde - black label society
deep purple
pearl jam
led zeppelin
rolling stones
cream
the ozone ramblers
janis joplin
alice in chain
neil young (neil young & crazy horse)
crosby, stills, nash & young
van halen
chili peppers be badass
chopin
bach
beethoven
handel
elton john
sound garden
the who
so you see 10 is quite small
now to remove but 10
can't be done
i'll also say that waylon is without a doubt the badass out of them all. yeah jennings kicks a whole lot of ass. since i was a rugrat, waylon, fleetwood mac, the stones & janis joplin were on the stereo in the house. that stuff is ingrained. but what about abba & the beach boys?

when dad was alive we'd make our way across the river to illinois & pull up to this fishmarket that sold crayfish & alligator.
that is some meal right there!!!
both sold in one pound frozen bricks
sure it isn't exactly as fresh as straight out of the swamp & only hrs old
we'd eat that stuff drinkin beers & whiskey shots & smokin grass
just great

My wife is from Tampa and her old man lives there still. He started a gator farm and I told him I would love to try it. I loved every bit of it. Also have caught/eaten redfish straight out of the gulf of Mexico. Great stuff. Now I'm hungry.

bp oil redfish? when the gulf oil disaster went off i was never so upset, so upset i was getting physically ill & probably even mentally fucked up as well. i will never understand drilling for oil in water, deep sea or shallow.for poetry through the ceiling. ISBN: 1 4241 8840 7
