The Vic....everything was just perfect that day. Crowd was off the charts, amazing setlist, and my first time hearing Hard To Imagine live, my ultimate must hear for well over a decade.
For me Auckland 2009 coz it was my 1st & got me on this trip, Amsterdam2 2012 coz it was just FAB & Seattle 2013 coz HOLY FUCK I've seen PJ play in Seattle!!!!!!!!!!!

PJ20 will be hard to top for me... It was so much more than a CONCERT!!! Just an all-around GREAT EVENT :-c
THIS.
Much more than a concert, but more of a life changing experience to last a life time. Quite possibly one of the greatest weekends of my life.
The starts aligned, and a certain matter of destiny and luck struck, and scored lottery 9th row front and center on Night 1. I literally felt like my feet were lifted off the ground during Release. The emotion and energy from the crowd rolling down the hill was really something quite powerful. Single handily the greatest musical experience of my life. Vibes all weekend. It was a beautiful thing.
Closely following PJ20 was Wrigley. Simply amazing.
As for the official LB tour from last year, I have to give the nod to OKC. Off the charts amazing. Probably one of the most underrated shows of the entire tour. And oh yeah, seeing PJ in Seattle to cap off the tour with an amazing show wasn't bad either.
Now.....if I could only see them play a two night weekend show at the Gorge that includes camping with all my PJ buds. That would be another story. Make da damn thing happen fellas!

I have seen them play in Syd in 2009 and they kicked some serious ass! but they need to come back to Sydney soon or maybe I'll just have to fly overseas and see them play somewhere haha!
Of the shows I've been to I find it hard to pick one. My first show (Dublin 2010) maybe wasn't regarded as a classic, typical opening night show that looks pretty uneventful on paper but it was an amazing experience and of the songs they played some are still the best versions I've witnessed so far. I couldn't have imagined how it would would feel to stand in the same room as my favourite band and hear these songs:
main set: Long Road, Once, The Fixer, Why Go, Corduroy, Severed Hand, Amongst The Waves, Even Flow, Unthought Known, Nothingman, Lukin, Not For You, Down, Got Some, Comatose, Arms Aloft, Do The Evolution first encore: Just Breathe, Given To Fly, Of The Earth, Porch second encore: Elderly Woman…, Better Man/(Save It For Later), Kick Out The Jams, Alive, Yellow Ledbetter/(Cowboy Song)
For shows I can only wish I'd seen there are obviously hundreds but Atlanta 94 will always remain very special.
Like a book among the many on a shelf...
Dublin 02 Arena - 22/6/10. Belfast Odyssey Arena - 23/6/10. London Hyde Park - 25/6/10. Berlin Wuhlheide - 30/6/10.
Manchester MEN - 20/06/12. Manchester MEN - 21/06/12
Of the ones I've seen, probably Dusseldorf 07. There was something about that show. But I guess it's one of the 'you had to be there' shows cause if there had been a boot, it might have come off a bit sloppy on disc

Penn State , just the energy of the Band and just the way Ed performed that night there was nothing left in him he left it all on that stage that night ...
Soldier Field 1995. I remember having to pay a ridiculous price for GA because I didn't get tickets when they went on sale (stupid work), but I didn't care, had to have them. Then worrying that they were fakes until showtime, worried that because they printed the dudes name on all of his tickets, they wouldn't let us in. Then finally entering Soldier Field and seeing all those people! I was almost sick with anticipation!
Then being 17 and in the middle of that crowd, finally seeing my favorite band, and the raw energy that was everywhere. Seen alot of great shows (Wrigley was awesome and only dampened slightly due to the storm....pun not intended), but nothing can probably match that show for me.

First time I saw them, Oct 31, 1993, Berkeley, CA. I am sure it wasn't the best show I have seen them put on but it was the day that cemented this unreal fascination I have with the band.
Shows I didn't attend? The ridiculous venue they played in Italy featured in Immagine in Cornice. I think it was 9/20/06 in Pistoia.
I can't pick one out of 30 but here are my fondest memories:
MSG 2 2008. Because the crowd was insane and because it was the first and one of the only times my husband and I were both totally in the zone and transformed the entire time. HTI opener & Who You Are.
Charlottesville 2013. I think it is well documented why. Also transformative for both me and my husband.
Philly 3 2009. Got to hear some great songs I have been waiting years for. Someone else mentioned In Hiding was a standout. And I won the lottery, second row between Eddie and stone. And I brought my cousin, for his first show.
Philly 2 2013. Had a great time with two of my buddies. Just so much fun.
