    My new tattoo.... the initials in the heart are for my father. When i was 12 i found out that the father i knew wasnt really my father and that my real father had left my mother when she was pregnant with me. I spent years looking for him ....A few years ago... from using facebook i met a friend of my mother and fathers from highschool and he told me that my father had passed away a few years after i graduated from highschool. So I had spent years looking for a man who had already been gone. I am left with so many unanswered questions...but this song helped me get through dealing with it....

    That is an amazing story. Congrats on your very awesome looking new leg!! :) Pearl Jam definitely has brought a lot of us through hard times; can't imagine life without this music and don't want to... the positive power that this band we love has really is incredible.

    No walking pics yet they just taught me exercises to do to practice balancing myself.... This is going to be harder than I thought lol
