    I just saw Black from that show on youtube. The ending was so intense, especially knowing the story behind it. It was very, very emotional. I am so glad they fulfilled your wish! :)

    To everyone who has messaged or posted over the past few days I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am truly astounded and touched by the level or support in this forum. Last night was unforgettable and truly moving. I still cannot believe that actually happened. A New Zealand newspaper has been in contact and is doing a story on this and it will be posted in the next few hours. I will post it on here when it is up. Thank you again and thank you to the one and only pearl jam :)

    I honestly did not think I could love or appreciate pearl jam any more than I already did. But the fact that this has happened makes me so happy and proud that I have spent the last 20 years with pearl jam in my life.

    Spragg, I just read your story and was reduced to tears, and it makes me want to meet you. I was also at that gig in Christchurch on November 29, 2009 and it was amazing, in fact the best show of the tour I thought. For the band to fulfil your request this time around just goes to show why they are the greatest band to walk this earth. I reckon Zandy would've been smiling up in his tree last night. Well done mate!!! Keep on Rockin :)
