Whats With Mike's Photos?

Hey All,

Not sure if this is already been discussed, but I am a first time rail guy. Anyway, at the end of the show Mike was taking a few pics of the crowd with an old poloroid camera.

Has he ever talked about what he does with them?

    People take photos of places they've been to and other cool things. What do people usually do with them?

    I get what you're asking jason & have wondered the same thing. I guess he puts them up at home maybe or..... I'm picturing a wall beside a staircase, down to a basement plastered with them but I'm completely making that up of course. 8-) I don't know that anything's ever been mentioned about them at all by him or anyone else.

    Ed used to always snap Polaroids of the audience at the end of shows in the 90s..

    Mike's just making sure that everyone who put their name on 'The List' is still on the rail. See? The system works!

    Or maybe it's a liability thing - in case any stalkers show up at their house.

    That's actually a new digital Polaroid.
    Kinda old school meets high tech. Like Mike!

    That camera is about as not digital as you can get.
    It's more CHEMICAL than anything.

    ed has done it on practically every tour since the beginning. guess after 23 years mike finally thought it was a good idea as well. ;)


    ed must have the craziest scrapbook with all of those polaroid’s he has accumulated over the many many years. THAT is something i would love to flip through.

    Sometimes he throws them to the people he took the picture of as a gift. It would be fun to have a pic of yourself and your buds taken by Mike onstage. They may end up in the newsletter or book one day, who knows? Mike is having a lot of fun on this tour and it's awesome to see!
