I noticed the large discrepancy in price between Milan reserved seats and Milan GA. The reserved are about $50 cheaper...is this because they are so far away from the stage?

San Siro usually has a golden circle for GA, so a special front pit where tickets are more expensive than regular GA, as those tickets are your only chance to be up front. I assume 10c has those golden circle tickets for their GA tickets, which explains why they're quite a bit more expensive.
