To be honest the auto response from 10c leaves a lot to be desired: "Replacement if still available or store credit"?

I am trying to poll to see how many people are in the same boat. Am I, and a couple of others unfortunate? Or is this a bigger issue with UPS.

    Nothing in Donegal. Emailed them two weeks ago for a replacement which they agreed to, but still nothing

    09.10.13. I'd say 10c have a single routing for their merch into Europe. A hub prob in Germany i'd say. Imagine it sits there for yonks at each depot on the way

    Have anyone had any other shipping date on their packages? 9.10.13 seems to be the shipping date even if there are replacement copies in the packages.

    waiting on my replacement. been 3 weeks since they confirmed I would get one, who knows when it'll arrive.
