ISO GA for Seattle or a pair of 100 level

Edited my post because something happened and I want to help a friend.

If I can find a GA that's great. But if I can get a pair of 100 levels then I will take that too because then I will get to rock out with my brother Jeffy boy!
I have no patience for bad music and stupid people...
