    The douche who sent the letter they read at the end of the story should be kicked in the balls.
    "People still waiting can rest assured....blah blah blah."
    Do they rest in their broken homes, sleeping on the couch and cooking on the mini stove from the mini fridge? (And we know there are many people worse off than that family.)
