Dear ten club where the hell is the customer service?

I ordered the vault vinyl package. I called and updated my shipping address for the package through the 10 club and they did update my status for my package. Anyway I get a shipping notification that my item shipped got sent to my email and included my new address everything was just fine. Though when I clicked on the tracking information it said the final destination was a ZIP Code that was another ZIP Code other than my own I started to get worried. So I called UPS and tried to get information they told me I needed to contact the shipper and let them know that it was shipped to the wrong address and they could fix it from there. So I emailed Ten Club with no response. then I called Ten Club with a response saying oh no you should email Ten Club. so I emailed Ten Club with no response. I waited and waited. then lightning bolt was coming out and I knew it was going to be busy but I still called on the Monday before lightning Bolt. They told me they were too busy with lightning bolt and cannot help me. So I called back after lightning bolt was released on Wednesday and they said oh great we are not busy anymore please email us again and we will take care of the problem. So again I emailed them with no response. My record was delivered to an old address of mine that I had already changed and they shipped to anyway despite having my new address tagged to the package.

What pisses me off is that they will not address my problem and they have already sent replacement for damage packages already to other members in this forum.

Any ideas on how I should get the 10 club to address my problem should I walk down there and try to find them and ask them what is the deal?

    Exact same thing happened to me it got resolved yesterday it took 2 weeks....theyre resending it

    In the 3 months between ordering and shipping I changed addresses. A month and a half before the package shipped I changed my address online and also called ten club to let them know of the change.

    My confirmation email was saying sent to my current address. All looks good


    When I clicked the tracking info it showed final destination as my old zipcode all the way across the city.

    Like I said the exact same thing happened it to me dude.....it took alot of emails and calls but got an email yesterday stating they were resending it.....keep at it itll work out.....most effective way was emailing them

    That they should receive their wrecked, damaged vinyl just as soon as it does a couple laps around the country first! :thumbup:
