I don't think EV's choice of words was very appropriate, I understand his view, and in some small way he may be correct. there is a small segment of gun owners , some are really dumb and should not have them. even though it's their right they are bound to hurt themselves or others. ( that can be said for small segments of a population of any group. some people are just dumb) That was a very broad over generalization. And the ones that have been lost to " true accidents" it is a real shame.
it's life though. accidents happen.
ultimately i think he meant well though. wish i could sit and discuss it with him maybe understand his view point. then ask him why all of the collectable little guys on the tour stops have m16's?

You and I both know that people should NEVER rely on, FOX especially, these networks for reliable news. It truly is depressing to think about how many people do rely on them for news. My point was that when nothing major or urgent is happening, the channels need to keep viewers watching. So they need to bring forth more conflict and more sensationalism to keep people's attention. I for one am glad that these Rush Limbaugh wannabes won't be using PJ for their show anymore. I bet the band would be thrilled, haha.
