What are some cities you can count on certain songs being played.

    RITFW at every show in Toronto (unless there are back to back shows . . . but you can pretty much count on it if there is a single stop in Toronto). Their Toronto shows since 2003:

    2003: RITFW to close first encore
    2005: RITFW followed by YL to close
    2006.1: RITFW followed by YL to close
    2006.2: no RITFW
    2009: RITFW to close
    2011.1: RITFW to close
    2011.2: no RITFW

    Plus, Eddie said in '09 that it has become a bit of a tradition to play it at shows in Toronto....
