I see Canada got the fake laces and bedazzled shoulder as well. :|

Whoever green-lighted that at Nike should have an Al MacInnis slap shot fired at their groin.

yeah, that really wasnt necessary... as the Sabres (besides Scott) had a bunch of weaklings on the ice.

Kessel will likely be suspended as well.

Should lead into an interesting Regular Season series when we see both teams have their cupboards of tough players.

I went to Isles/Devils game at the Barclays Center the other night and the ice was in terrible condition! It looked like they were all moving in slow motion.

Are you sure it was the ice? ;)
I would like to see the Isles make some noise this year.Tavares is ready to take control.Made a big move last couple of years, now he has to keep it up.Only 23 years old.
NJ took Brunner from us and I'm surprised he signed for 5mil for 2 seasons. The guy is a goal scorer though.Just wonder if he can keep it up.

I've seen it work in the minors and don't have any problem with it. Guys still race for the puck but you don't have people getting slammed into the boards at full speed anymore.
