    My head feels a bit like a shit donut right now. I havent been sick in like 6-7 years...I hope its not the beginning of a cold. :fp:

    here's a tonic recipe i use first sign of a cold:

    1 tablespoon (or more) of raw honey
    1 tablespoon of bragg's raw apple cider vinegar
    dissolve in a cup of hot water

    i also drink it a few times a week. good stuff.

    pleased, yet i'm conflicted...

    lost 14 lbs over the last month or so...i'm just not sure what part of it's due to stress and sorrow :-?

    thanks...not there yet, but it's gonna take time. if i stick to eating clean when i'm able to i should be okay

    just keep doing what you are doing. eating clean is hard, but it works. i am just eating less. much less. like palm size portions. not because i want to, but because that is all my body is allowing me to take in without feeling sick. anxiety and depression sucks.

    well it is always tough to do when people appreciate you for awhile then throw you away. makes ya feel kinda worthless for awhile. but i'm alright.
