PJ Song for wedding slideshow

I was asked by a friend (as I'm the go-to guy for PJ stuff 'round my neck of the woods) to choose a song to play at another friends wedding, for their slideshow.

I gave her the following list of songs to choose from and recommended her to YouTube each of the versions with lyrics so she can then make her informed decisions.

Smile
Yellow Ledbetter
Who You Are
Parachutes
Amongst The Waves
Just Breathe
Thin Air
Throw Your Arms Around Me (but couldn't find a good version with minimal crowd noise and good audio)
Better Things (Kinks cover)

My thinking was, as this is for a slideshow on two people's lives coming together, it should be somewhat up-beat, happy, talk about love at least a BIT, but could also be a sappy, slow, nice sounding love-bit.

Any other PJ songs fit the bill for wedding slideshow music? (The bride is the big PJ fan)

Thx.

I used Who You Are for a photo slideshow in my wedding, our first dance was to Just Breathe, and we closed the whole night/reception with Yellow Ledbetter... they all worked well!

    Best of luck to you!

I know it's kind of a Father/Daughter song but I think Eddie's Skipping would be a nice song for that.

We played Light Years and Oceans at our reception.
"There's a $10,000 bill in it for you."
"Oh yeah? Which president's on it?"
"Uh, all of them. They're having a party. Jimmy Carter's passed out on the couch."

My vote for - Better Things - it was brilliant for a slide show I made.

Hi Just read your request, on the 27th September on Australian I-Tunes, the Crucible is released which is a collection of Hunters and Collectors songs, it includes Eddie Vedder with Neil Finn singing Throw Your Arms Around Me- a studio versiion, I know its not all Pearl Jam, but it will be worth considering :)
