This is really only fair during the first few weeks of the season

Which is why I think we should allow the "late" picks during weeks 1-3 just to wake everyone up

Later in the season, it could be used as an advantage for someone to see the 1pm picks after I post them, and then make 4pm picks and Sunday and Monday night picks based on someone else's selections

My week 1-3 suggestion is really just so we do not loose anyone early

Shit does happen, but the lines are mostly out on Friday mornings

Gimme some feedback and we will settle this by tonite

So stoked for the season to start --- the college football weekend was awesome, need to have the NFL back in to fill things out.

Here's hoping the niners make the super bowl again...wont have to travel that far to the game this year!

We should do a meet up prior to Philly 1 for any attending. I imagine a handful of us are based on location.

We would expect all picks in by 1pm Sunday

It's just to get everyone back in the swing of the new season

To avoid that problem, wait and post the picks until 4:10. But I'm good with whatever is decided.
My real opinion is that if you are a serious degenerate gambler, your picks will be in Saturday night!

1st = 340
2nd = 150
3rd = 60

remember, that leaves 170 in the 6-for-6 pot

each week $10 goes in, if no one hits all 6 games, it carries over to the next week

as far as the late picks, the trouble i have is later in the season, letting someone who is late, look at all the picks at 1pm, and then make their late picks

what if we try this for emergencies, if someone is late, i send everyone's 1pm picks in a group email to all who have made picks

that way, the late person sees no other picks, and has a limited # of games to pick from

if not

we will allow late picks, as an emergency, for the first 4 weeks

that means if you miss the 1pm, you only get the 4pm and sunday and monday night games

after that, after 1pm, you would get 0 wins for the week
