Would not surprise me if the announcement was after labor day too. Long time until December.
I come to this thread everyday and see people bump, and get dissapoonted..
Don't you guys realize that it's very likely they are waiting to sell more tickets to other locations.
Would you decide on a Spokane show if there were two Seattle shows? Doubtful.
So they sell more tickets to Vancouver, Portland, Spokane, and then add the second show. More tickets sales for them.
It's either going to happen, or not. No need to get letdown over and over.
Just have some patience and keep the faith! It only makes sense for pj to add a second show, end of tour, in their hometown. They probably know this even more than we do.

Last week I looked at the TM seating map for Vancouver and it looks like they actually cancelled all the seating behind the stage. If true, Vancouver is basically sold out except for a few singles maybe ... Does anyone know anything about this? If that's what happened, what would they do for those people who did hold tix behind the stage?? Those seats weren't really selling, but there were still a lot that had. Or maybe the seating map was just acting up when I looked??
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata

I think a lot of us realize that about tickets to Portland, Vancouver, and Spokane. But most cities only have the seats in the last rows of the top or behind the stage seats left. I also don't know how much that would effect the announcement of a 2nd show.
...got a mind full of questions and a teacher in my soul...

The seating map is weird sometimes on ticketmaster. It will show no seats behind the stage as being sold, but when you switched to have them choose your seats for you, it would show the rear stage area available and select seats behind the stage. At least it did that for Pittsburgh and Worcester when I looked before.

I hope no one took my last post as bitching, I was simply trying to reassure everyone that its likely to happen..
And to answer why it would affect the other shows? Again I feel people would decide against those shows with two Seattle shows (more than now with only one show)
I do see what you mean about it shouldn't matter.
And Boston getting a second show, when the first was not sold out, and being billed as "due to high demand" makes no sense. Seattle 1 sold out almost instantly where Boston 1 did not.

Forgive me - about once every six months I get the urge to post a silly comment here. Inevitably it goes down like a lead balloon. Sorry!

Just sayin'
Just a guess or do you have a reliable source?
I booked my flight but I'm staying an extra day in Seattle...just in case.
Just whining...
Seattle certainly deserves a 2nd show more than Worcester
No source. Just a feeling. :corn:
It is always possible.
