My buddy and I have a bet and we need your help. I thought the lyrics were "he who rides above it must some day fall"
As we know the lyric is: "he who rides a pony must someday fall". I contend that although my lyric is wrong, it's better.

We'd like to hear from 100 people and see what you think.

A: He who rides above it
B: He who rides a pony

Please answer A or B

    Yeah, I have to go with B because the reference is significant.
    Also, isn't it "the pony" and not "a pony" because the semantics in this line would make it more relevant to the drug reference?

    it can be crack. And meth is called the white pony. not sure what andy was aiming at. maybe just a drug of abuse.
    and maybe in seattle heroin=pony. the meaning can change city to city.

    Context wasn't even an issue, sadly. I agree, in context, pony makes sense. We hadn't even put that together. On it's own- what's the better lyric? Take the heroin out of it.
