Framing of Posters

I was lucky enough to get the entire set of posters from Wrigley. They are going to be framed and put in my office or home. My question is, since they are two-sided prints, is value lost if I have them dry mounted? Am I better off biting the bullet and having them placed between glass so the words can be seen if I take the poster down?

Any help or suggestion is appreciated.

Never dry mount anything! The art on the front is what one wants to see. The writing on the back, who cares....

If I could recommend an option have the framer put a matte in the back of the print and expose the artists comments on the back!

Maybe just download, and PDF the text - put it in a clear sleeve - and tape it on the back of the framed poster (not on the poster itself of course) - so that you can see what it says, if you take it down.

This ^^^^ (Including the dry mounting - I actually think it costs more anyway.)

I was lucky enough to get one of the PJ20 Scavenger Hunt posters, and had glass on both sides. Put a matte appropriately cut to expose the writing on back. To be honest, I have never taken it down, but it's nice to know if I did, I don't have to take the entire thing out to see/show what's there.

I'll see if I can dig out pictures of it.

    EDIT:

    Here ya go -

Paper at bottom is just stuck in between matte and glass. That was the instructions on what to do when you found the poster. That has nothing to do with the framing itself.
Sorry. The world doesn't work the way you tell it to.
